Trajectory optimization, repeating-ground-track orbit design, statistical orbit determination, and autonomous scheduling for responsive launch. Instructor-led courses in orbit determination are published here, with course materials online.

Satellite ground stations

Ground-station development integrated with the SatNOGS network, and open software for communications and tracking.

Propulsion & combustion — research

Rotating detonation engines, scramjets and combined-cycle systems, combustion stability, and alternative fuels, studied at the level of theory and published literature.
